Spallacci Homes Wins Prestigious City of Hamilton Award!

Spallacci Homes are extremely proud to announce that we are the recipient of the coveted 2013 City of Hamilton’s “BUILDING INSPECTION RECOGNITION OF EXCELLENCE” Award. This is the first time the City of Hamilton has presented this award and as a local homebuilder, Spallacci Homes was acknowledged for its “overall excellence” at its Eden Park, master planned residential community. The award was presented to Adrian Spallacci at the HHHBA Annual Meeting on October 30th.

Candidates for the award were subject to rigorous criteria, demanding exceedingly high standards in site organization, construction management and scheduling. The City of Hamilton evaluated the candidates based on the least number of premature inspection requests, the lowest number of Building Code infractions found, builders only commencing construction once permits are issued, timely requests for inspections, having approved drawings on site that are readily accessible for the Building Inspectors, keeping construction sites safe, clean and orderly, ensuring deficiencies (if any) are rectified in a timely fashion, submitting documents in a timely fashion & timely permit finalization.
